Pricing Detail

MTC Property Management Ltd. (MTC) Fees are documented with the following terms and conditions:

(a) Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars, exclusive of Goods & Services Tax

(b) Prices are subject to change without notice

(c) Pricing assumes work delivery is within our service area. Work outside of this area may incur additional travel charges. Our Service Area: 

• the settlements and areas not more than 15 minutes drive from the main travel corridor from Auckland Harbour Bridge to Warkworth, including eastern coastal settlements and Hibiscus Coast, excluding the Whangaparaoa Peninsula

AND 

• the settlements and areas not more than 15 minutes drive from the main road from: Warkworth to Leigh; Warkworth to Wellsford

(d) Pricing assumes work delivery is within standard working hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday outside of New Zealand holiday periods. Where work is required substantially outside these times, MTC reserves the right to charge a multiplier of 150% to all pricing.

(e) Staff hours will be charge in increments of 15 minutes, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.

(f) We reserve the right to charge a minimum fee for materials and external resource costs (eg. landscape supplies and dump fees) of $40 per event.

(g) Where there are leftover materials from a job, we reserve the right to charge you for all materials purchased for job. You may elect to retain the leftover materials, or request that we take possession of those materials. We reserve the right to refuse to take possession of those leftover materials, but if we elect to take possession of those materials, you transfer ownership of those materials to us at no cost, fee or charge to us.
